“Dongshi Fried Buns” uses medium-gluten flour, and the stuffing includes pork, cabbage, glass noodles, carrots, and leeks. To make the buns: braise the pork with soybean oil in a pot and set it aside, and cut the cabbage, carrots, and leeks; mix the braised pork and glass noodles well. After arriving at the market, mix the flour with water and roll the mixture into a strip, break the strip into pieces, press the pieces flat and put the stuffing in. Slightly oil the pan, put the buns in, add some flour water, fry for 10 minutes, and set the fried buns aside. The buns are bagged to go when customers order them.
