The batter for “Ah Guo Qigu Oyster Fritter” is made of bean flour, flour, and rice flour while the filling consists of cabbage, chives, celery, spring onion, and oyster. On top of having fresh ingredients, heat control is important to makemaking delicious oyster fritters. 
In addition to oyster fritters, “Ah Guo Qigu Oyster Fritter” also sells fried wild shrimp, fried small saltwater fish, and small crabs. The ingredients for all these delicacies are captured by the owner personally by setting nets at the trench. The owner wakes up early to collect his catch. However, the quantity of catch is not fixed daily; hence, tourists who want to try the food here should come early.
