Oyster rolls/oyster crisp The oyster roll is the famous dish of the Nanchun Recreation Resort in Cigu. Wrapping the Chinese chives, Chinese celery, minced pork and baby oysters with tofu wrapping, it is deep fried until turning golden. The theory is to lock the original juice and taste of oysters within the crispy wrapping.
Salk-baked milkfish It is a famous dish of the Longmen Inn in Cigu. According to the chef, the secret of the dish is to wrap up the fish with coarse salt and bake it in order to preserve the fresh juice of the fish and make it sweet.
