Boziliao OhBear Art Village
The OhBear Art Village located near Putian Temple invited artists to showcase Chinese mythology using 3D painting techniques in a humorous manner. The Taiwan mascot, OhBear, has also been incorporated into the paintings.
Following the “Kouhu Sihu Walking Map”, visitors will find all of the 3D paintings. Each painting encourages visitors to use their imagination to come up with interesting poses, and take fun shots with mythological beings. It has become a popular instagrammable spot in the area!

Haiqing Temple of LordJudge Bao (Santiaolun)
Haiqing Temple, located next to the Santiaolun leisure beach, was initially known as Senluo Temple. It was the first temple worshipping Judge Bao, and its history can be traced back to the ruling period of Emperor Qianlong in the Qing dynasty.
The temple was rebuilt in 2009 in a traditional Fujian style with a main hall, side hall and bell drum tower. The building itself is magnificent and glamorous. On Justice Bao’s birthday on the 10th day of the 7th lunar month, a large-scale religious event is held where worshippers carry the holy palanquin to conduct a pilgrimage around the villages, representing the deity patrolling the area and giving blessings to the locals, while celebrating the deity’s birthday at the same time. This is also an excellent opportunity for tourists to learn about local beliefs.

Geloina Clam Pavilion
With 3 hectares of fishing farm, Gelonia Clam Pavilion offers guided tours on the growth of shellfish, experiential tours as well as hands-on DIY activities. One must not miss out on the fishing village experience tour. The participants are able to catch clams, tour the fish farms on plastic rafts and taste the freshness of gelonia clams. This allows visitors to have an in-depth experience of Yunlin fishing village culture.

Yiwu Wet Pond Scenic Park
Yiwu Wet Pond is located inside the Yiwu Farm on the south side of the Kouhu VisitorVisitors Center. It is divided into the northern and southern ponds. Not only couldcan the water level of the pond be regulated, but the blue manmade pond also forms a breathtaking scenery with the clear sky, just like Sun Moon Lake. Hence, Yiwu Wet Pond is also known as the Yunlin Sun Moon Lake and is a well-known photo spot amongst the locals.

Jinhu Lord Wanshan Temple
Built during the Xianfeng Period of the Qing Dynasty, the Lord Wanshan Temple hosts a grand ceremony every 6th lunar month to honor the victims of the Jinhu Tsunami in 1845. Along with the Mazu Pilgrimage from Beigang Chaotian Temple, it is one of the most important religious events in Taiwan.
All the locals will return home to attend the annual ceremony, which involves turning the “bamboo floats” to guide the spirits of the drowned back to the land and giving them blessings.
“Water float”: a buoy made from bamboo strips and pasted with thin paper. It is a Taoist tool for guiding water ghosts.
