Budai Donggang Mountain

Highlights

The lowest No. 1 triangle survey point in Taiwan, where you can enjoy a super-wide angle view

30 seconds to the top, the holy mountain of the trekking world

Anchor
Although the height of the former Donggang Mountain in Budai, Chiayi, is only 11 meters, it has the same first-class triangle point as Yushan, and it takes only 30 seconds to reach the top of the mountain from the flat ground and enjoy the same wide angle view as Yushan, the highest peak in Taiwan.

Because of Budai's location is along the coastal plain of Yunjianan, although the height of former Donggang Mountain is only 11 meters, it is already the highest hill in the area, and because of this, climbing this small hill provides an unobstructed view of the surrounding area, and with this view, the former Donggang Mountain has gained the same first-class triangle point as Yushan.

There is currently a Donggang Moutain Park being planned around former Donggang Mountain, where there is a slide in the shape of a local specialty, the radish, and a lot of children's art installations. It is suitable for families to visit together.
